February, 2010 Dr. Bob Stecker Transition Guide For Times of Uncertainty
Dr, Bob Stecker in his 55 years journey as Theater director, Marriage and Family Therapist and now Transition Guide will bring a wealth of useful information. His work has been described as gentle humor, with the wisdom of an elder.
He views the world as the wonderful natural complete cycle of the caterpillar into the butterfly. Just when the caterpillar thought the world was over it became a butterfly. The transformation, which calls for guidance, happens in the cocoon. Come and claim your butterflyness.
News you can use about transitions, as Alan Greenspan has said, “If you try to preserve the past, you will not be able to produce the future.” We are in a time of uncertainty. All innovation, by definition, comes from uncertainty. If you want to maximize your unique innovation there is a road map to guide you on your way. This is true whether for you whether the transition is career enrichment change or any other transformational change.
